How it works
AI Doctor Matching
- What the matcher does
It ranks doctors by fit, availability and language, each with a one-line reason — "handles cardiac symptoms, available in 20 minutes, consults in Sinhala".
- What it deliberately does not do
It does not diagnose, name a condition, or recommend medication. Those are clinical acts, and they belong to a registered doctor — in line with the Ministry of Health Telemedicine Guidelines 2024.
On a red flag — crushing chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke signs — it stops suggesting appointments and tells you to seek emergency care.
