A platform connecting patients with registered doctors by video, plus the records those consultations produce. Medical advice is your doctor's, given under their own registration — we do not practise medicine or override clinical decisions.

If you're seriously unwell, go to the nearest hospital or call 1990 Suwa Seriya. A consultation here may be days away — waiting for one when you need immediate care is dangerous.

You must be 18 or over — a parent or guardian may book for a child and is responsible for what's entered. Your information must be accurate, since a doctor works from what you tell them; keep your credentials to yourself, as anyone holding them can see your record.

Every doctor passes a credential review, including Sri Lanka Medical Council registration checks, before their profile goes live. We verify registration; we do not warrant a consultation's outcome.

You pay the doctor's fee — nothing for the account or video connection. Fees show before you confirm and are handled by our payment processor; cancellation terms vary by doctor and are shown at booking.

We're responsible for running the platform, not for a doctor's clinical decisions, a missed consultation, or your own network failing. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Sri Lankan law.
