What you can expect from your care.
What to expect from a consultation here, and what we ask of you.

What you can expect
A registered doctor whose credentials we've checked, giving their name and registration up front. Time to describe the problem, a plain answer on what happens next — including being told when video isn't enough and you need to be seen in person — and a written record in your account afterwards.
Consent
A consultation happens with your agreement, and you can end it at any point. You'll be asked before anything is recorded; declining costs nothing, and nobody sees your history unless you grant access.
What we ask of you
Be accurate about symptoms, history and what you're already taking. Join from somewhere private on a connection that will hold, and treat the doctor and staff with courtesy.
When something goes wrong
Write to [email protected] and we'll look into it and reply. Clinical complaints go to the doctor concerned and, where warranted, the Sri Lanka Medical Council — complaining never affects your access.
This is not emergency care
If you're seriously unwell, go to the nearest hospital or call 1990 Suwa Seriya rather than booking here.
